Typical Snowcake Surabaya consists of three layers of cake that is tender and a bit hard. From the top-namely pastry and then its Center is given the bread tender. Meanwhile in the upper part are given refined sugar or sprinkles known as sprinkles of snow. There are several variants, namely vanilla, caramel. Choco green tea, and so on.
