On our last night in Mũi Né we had this delicious vegan Vietnamese hot pot. The veggie stock kept simmering during the meal and we added a variety of foods like noodles, greens and veggies. This ritual is such fun! Have you ever tried a hot pot before?

Ahh I'm so glad you got to try a classic Vietnamese dish! Hot pot is the best for big gatherings because you get to choose what you want to eat and how much. It's also a very social type of meal!
