I don't travel as much as I would like but from what I have done this so true. I was in Victoria Falls in 2000 when it was dangerous and the people were so grateful I had visited. In fact in Africa I felt so safe much more so than UK that's for sure. India was the same very free and friendly people cops sell weed and smoking outside the police station. Next is south America once I have the funds and Anarchapulco 💯🐒
