Overlooking Eduardo VII Park
Lisbon, Portugal - #MonochromeMonday
Happy Monday Folks! Hope you all have a great week ahead of you. Here is a photo I took while visiting Lisbon, Portugal for @steemfest last November. From the top of Eduardo VII Park you can see a cityscape view which spans all the way down to the Tagus River. It's a hefty walk with an incline to the top of the park, and after a week of walking around Lisbon my legs were dead.... but the view was definitely worth the trip. To the right of the frame you can see the official STEEMFest 2 hotels. The sky was grey on the day I took this photo, therefore a black and white version looks even better than the color version.
Happy #MonochromeMonday
Have a great week ahead!

It almost looks like a whole bunch of series of crosses! It certainly looks like it is a very large park for sure! Is there a reason this park in Spain is named after a King from England?

Portugual!*
But after a quick google I learned that the name pays homage to Edward VII of the UK who visited Portugal in 1902, to strengthen the relations between the two countries...
