CLOSEST Slot Canyon to Los Angeles

The Ladder Canyon hike in the Painted Canyons of Mecca Hills, California is a great beginner slot canyon adventure. It's the closest slot canyon to Los Angeles and features stunning views of The Salton Sea from the upper rim of the canyon. I highly recommend this day hike for anyone who ever wanted to try out a slot canyon experience.
