You are not me and I am not you

Have you heard someone say that ‘if everyone was the same, it would be a boring world?’ The more I travel, the more I realize how true that statement is. Every region has their own culture and many times we see different cultures as odd or strange. Now that I have lived in 5 different countries in the last 10 years, I have begun to understand different cultures. Yes, I still see some of the things other cultures do as odd, but living among others, I try to understand why people do the things they do.

I want to bring some of the differences of people to you via Steemit. It is my aim to help people understand other cultures, as we are all human beings and deserve to be who we are. We don’t have to agree with everything other cultures do, but we can try to understand why they do the things that seem strange. Just remember, some of the things you do, may seem strange to others.

As the world shrinks due to technology, it is more important now to understand others. We are all different and if we were the same, it would be a boring world. So, enjoy other cultures, immerse your selves in other cultures and learn about them.
I want to bring my travels to you and hopefully you will learn from my observations and most importantly learn about people, their history and hopefully some of you can contribute your experiences as well.
