I rented a car in San Francisco when I landed and drove to Napa Valley. Rental cars are inexpensive to rent in San Francisco because the city has great mass transportation. I’ve been driving back and forth from Napa to San Francisco so I ran through a lot of gasoline.
I was shocked at how much gasoline costs. I used an app named Gasoline Buddy which shows you where the cheap gasoline is close to you. Even with the app, It cost me $52.00 to fill up the car. That’s almost have the price of the rental for the week.
Wow! Gasoline is expensive in this area.
