La Sagrada Familia is a marvel of both the modern and ancient world of the catholic church, this has become a UNESCO world heritage site and is a beautiful master piece of architecture that has been in construction since 1882. the design was by a catalan architecture Antoni Gaudi who worked on the cathedral until his death in 1926. Worked continued until the spanish civil war of 1936 where it stalled. The cathedral is huge . The cathedral is expected to be completed in 2026

Spain is one of the places in the world that I'd really like to visit. The way things are going for me though, I'll be lucky to be there in 2026 when this cathedral is suppose to be finished.
