DAY ONE
(
Hi there, I have a thing for wildlife, and although it's not much of an adventure however sometimes I look at the amazing capabilities of some animals and it supersedes the imaginations of any human being, I have however taken interest on the zoological garden one of the first and finest maybe. So I decided to take a tour, getting to see the city, which I did on my second trip. that housed the zoo, which I will bring to you later.
The zoo quite a Serene place and I could not help but taking this picture to the entrance of the zoo which houses quite a who lot of animal.
Here is the green Nile crocodile habitat, very Serene and beautiful, of course a look at the far end of the green water you'd see the Nile crocodile hanging out, the tour guide told me they hardly move when I asked him if they were moulded, I was going to touch one, but he told me it would be suicide, he told me they move so swift of they see a prey.
Here is another type of crocodile, obviously this one likes mud and dirt, quite not a huge fan of green, but I was told the crocodile is fifteen years old, wow, I was thrilled,
You can't imagine how I felt when I saw the giraffe, with the elastic neck, I was told it had a 21 inch neck and a very slippery tongue, this one loves selfies, and you could notice how friendly it seems, very big stud here, unarguably the tallest animal on earth.
I had more in stock for me when I saw the peacock and it's amazing feathers. I was told it raises it colourful feathers, to either show how proud it is or use it to coax a female during a mating period where it's on heat, or generally just do it to lay emphasis on the female part.
Here there is a honey badger, I quite heard it's one of the deadliest animal alive, very immune to the poison of most animal including that of a cobra. It's said to always defend itself from other animals by emiting a very foul smell or odour which drives it's predators away.
And even more interesting I saw the red hog, this one has got the botanical name, inscribed on its marking, it looks very much alike to the animal in the Lion King, if you all remember pumba,? It's very restless I much say, and spend all it's days digging away into the ground.
Since I've been showing you weird now let me introduce you to the oldest animal in the zoo, he's called samuel, and he's a tortoise, yeah with for his age, he's a hundred and fifty years yeah 150 years you heard me right, having. So nap and all tough shell up.
Wait for it, how about the lioness? Very strong, aggressive and relatively locked away, although the cannines been removed, but a lioness is always a lioness any day anytime, I was shivering my ass out.
Then here I got up close and personal with the friendliest animal in the garden, and guess what it is? It's an ass or better still a donkey, quite the beauty, and well he's camera shy so we did this selfie in style. Nigeria is not much of an animal country but here is amazing, would love my friends @abh12345 @saywha and @techslut to consider here for tourism
In this section is a gazelle, quite very skilful with speed, and very alert, he has furry skin, and looks like a goat however he has pointy horns and looks cute, isn't he such an angel?
howbeit I could not finish touring the garden, it's such a huge place probably a look of hectares, deep into the glade so I took time and travelled back the next day to cover a few other animals.
You won't miss the next set of animals I will bring you, it's will be Certainly amazing.
