Thank you for pleasure to travel with you! Gorgeous swimming in the mountains, my friend @joythewanderer !

Thanks Olga!

Oh @joythewanderer any trip is easily extended hehe, your eating water melon in that pic my favourite! The Agua Termales the view is too amazing to relax.. Wow what a view of La Paz and had no idea they used the cable cars as actual public transport.

Just wonderful. Loved those shot in hot springs and the llamas. Was the Api sweet or salty. I am not sure about corn soup for breakfast:)

Api is sweet and first I thought it was made from kind of hawthorn fruit that I had back home. It was tasty, I couldn’t taste the corn actually haha

This is such an exotic journey, I wish I were there.
I can only imagine what those corn drinks taste like. They look good.

Thanks for coming by Rebeccabe. The corn drink tastes very sweet :) I also wonder now how they made it.

Nice shots Joy! Hope you had fun during your trip. :D
Btw, Part 2 link is broken.

Heya, just swinging by to let you know you're being featured in our Daily Travel Digest!

Thanks a lot!

Great series Joy. Catching up on it now. I think I'm doing a version of this in reverse at the moment ;) I just got to Buenos Aires the other day. Hope you have been well! -Dan

How did you like it? Enjoy BsAs :p

Buenos Aires is awesome. I'm not just saying that. The food, people, weather...it's clean, safe, and you can live very well here and not totally break the bank. I got myself and airbnb apartment to myself and making my own meals. Can easily stay under 50 dollars a day this way. I did the hostel thing for the first time for 12 dollars a night. I met some nice people, but also couldn't get away fast enough from some other people who I had to share EVERYTHING with. Not having an ounce of privacy or personal space was pretty lousy at times. Now I have my own private apartment living like an adult. Much much happier and I'm now able to experience the city basically living in a similar way as a local; so I'm very happy about that. BsAs may be my new favorite big city....but then again I love meat, steak, cheese......This is the country with some of the best in the world at good prices.

How did you like this city?

Where are you now?

Hope you are well. -Dan

Thanks for sharing it Dan. I’m sure you are enjoying it. I loved it too, the food and atmosphere. I loved the Mate tea too.

Did you notice the « dollar exchange » people on the street? I told them about bitcoin a year ago but they don’t seem interested. Lol

I’m off for Kyrgyzstan tomorrow.

Kyrgyzstan! That's a place I never heard of. Sounds exciting.

Yes many people in the downtown area looking to change money. Why am I not surprised they are not interested in bitcoin......lol

Hey.....I'm drinking Mate at this very moment. I switched over from coffee, and I'm going to take a bunch with me back to the states next week! I really like this stuff too.

Safe Travels!
