This awesome place is also located in Siargao, Philippines. You see, Siargao has a lot to offer to the world when we speak of beautiful scenic experience and memories to treasure. Contrary to surfing, in which you have to take note of high tides to be able to experience the fun of it, you will be able appreciate the beauty of Magpupungko Tidal Flats and Lagoon during low tide. Why? It is because you won't be able to witness and stroll along the area when the ocean is on its height. The sea water will apparently cover the lagoon and the tidal flats.
