Electric Forest Music Festival day 3 & 4 recap

Saturday day 3 @denvermax & I were pretty worn out from the previous night & since there wasn't much going on music wise we wanted to see we just hung around at the campsite doing dabs & conversing. Some of the people were doing Whip-it nitros but I don't partake in that.
It rained a lot throughout the festival but wasn't too much of a problem besides some muddy areas

Once the day passed a bit we went back into the forest to check out The Floozies at The Ranch stage. They were pretty cool & mellow jam stuff which I enjoy. Shortly after that we headed who is a new dj on Deadmau5's record label. It was really good but we had to bail early to go catch the full Bassnectar set which is @denvermax's favorite artist.

The Tripolee stage
We headed to the VIP viewing area which they decreased the size of this year for some odd reason I can't explain. We still were able to get a good viewing spot. Our Friends Roger & Gina had already been there and acquired a nice swinging bench to sit on. Also they brought some brownie edibles that were delicious. I ate 3 of them & was feeling it really good.
Bassnectar was great as always. His shows are so loud and hyped it's very noticeable in comparison to the other shows of the weekend.

The Ranch stage
We headed back to the campsite after this show. I started our car & cranked up the heat to warm up because the temperature had fallen quite a bit throughout the night. I actually fell asleep for about 15 minutes.
@denvermax & I both being beaten from the long day went to sleep. This is a marking point for the weekend since we have now seen all the bands we came to see. At this point I am starting to feel about ready to go home but first there is one more day of Electric Forest.

The Giving Tree: Leave an item or take an item
Wake up Sunday morning feeling good and refreshed from a decent amount of much needed sleep. Today is just the day we venture through more of the actual forest and check out the art and vendors. We visit The Giving Tree but just observe without taking anything or leaving anything. We find some great items at the vendors including a nice Electric Forest Blanket for laying in the grass. We head over to the Observatory stage to catch a little Pluto which was pretty good. We venture through looking at all the cool art then finish off the night by watching Big Gigantic perform at The Sherwood Court stage. They we good as expected but my favorites of the weekend were definitely Rezz & Bassnectar.
Headed back to camp to do a few dabs before a good night sleep. We have to be out of the park by noon & have a 12 hour drive ahead of us. Once awake we packed everything up fairly quick. Now we head home stopping to pick up the 2 joints we buried half way home at a rest stop. Smoking one at the rest stop and saving the other for a couple more hours from now. The rest of the drive was uneventful.
We made it home safe and sound, It was a great experience. Keep an eye out for my fully detailed post of the entire weekend including more images and video footage & many more details of the 4 day event.

@kiddarko I've from the midwest and all of my friends go to this festival every year! I really need to go next year. Followed! If you have time to check out my travel photos it would be much appreciated :)

Fun to read your recap! I visited the forest in '12 and '13. It's such a magical place. Any glowstick showers this year? There were massive ones for Nectar in '12!
