One of my favorite Breakfast Places in Singapore is the St. Regis in Singapore. You can choose from many different freshly mades dishes and even have a Japanese breakfast option

I was lucky enough to be there when the Hotel offered a Egg Benedict with fresh white truffle from Alba. No Extra charget, amazing ! My friend tried the Teriayaki Salmon which was amzing too
