Phiten Power Tape
in my Last Frequent Traveller Episode (HERE) I introduced the self-warming I mask. Today I want to introduce another useful tool for travel. Phiten is a Japanese Company which equips Sports players (Soccer, Football, Baseball etc.) with their Tapes and Necklaces for better performance and relaxation.

I am using Phiten over 10 years now
Especially their Phiten Power Tape is very welcome for travel. If you have back pain etc. Just put 1-2 Spots onto the hurting area and it will help. In my opinion you your body performs better doing sport with Phiten, but this could just be a placebo effect.

there is a test you can do with lifting a weight. with and without the phiten bracelet. ask them that you want to try that. ! i
