Marchal

I had 5hours to kill in Copenhagen on a longer layover, so I looked up the nearest Michelin Star Restaurant which was open for lunch. The Marchal was only a 12minutes Metro drive so I made a reservation and visited the Restaurant.

The restaurant is located in a Hotel and everything was brand new and amazing. I ordered the whole 3 course menu for around 80 USD and was greated first with some warm bread. I am always excited when I go to a restaurant in Copenhagen, the restaurants always have amazing butter with their bread. The soup I ordered was amazing and with truffle. The Maincourse was stunning too. An absolute steal for a Michelin restaurant at this price
