One of my last lunch meetings was at the Brasserie Colette Tim Raue. Tim Raue is a German cook with couple of Michelin Stars
As we feared the Shutdown was coming worldwide, we had a last supper with Oysters and a lunch menu each! Best decision, I miss going out and having a good lunch or dinner at a fine restaurant
