Diamond Lounge Brussels Airport
Usually I use the Staralliance Lounge provided by Brussels Airways, but this time I was flying with Qatar to Doha so I decided against the BA Lounge and used the Diamond Lounge in Brussels. Usually I always use the BA Lounge but for my blog testing the Diamond Lounge was a must do. And I am grateful that I did try out the Lounge...
Diamond Lounge
For Starters the Diamond Lounge has a beer machine. You can drink as much beer as you want fresh from the machine. Well that's a 100% win over the BA Lounge. The food in the Diamond Lounge is much better, well BA does not have real food, they just have Chips and some nuts. The Diamond Lounge has a real bar with a lot alcohol and they have working booth and relax chairs. So overall this Lounge is much better than the BA Lounge.

The most important thing in Diamond Lounge is the beer machine..
I like Diamond Lounge with a real bar with a lot alcohol and Chips and nuts..
No Real food is needed ..

Reminds me of the United Club lounge... also has "real" food - not a huge selection, but certainly tasty. I remember a particularly yummy pumpkin squash soup (plus a gluten free bread option - score!). They also have unlimited free domestic beer and wine...not saying that United is better (NOTE: let's not get started on United's drawbacks and mistakes over the years. Besides the most recent "dragged out of the plane" fiasco, there's also the classic "United Breaks Guitars" on Youtube). I'm just saying the lounges are comparable...

How do you get in the diamond lounge at the brussels airport. Not that I have ever been, but just in case I do stop there one day do you have to pay or be in some sort of monthly club?

Wow @knozaki2015.... Fantastic place out there. Loved the pictures and the food looks totally yummy. My mouth has started salivating. Looks like we have some hobbies in common and that is travelling. Interesting that lounges in both Europe and America are such sub par compared to Middle East and Asian airports. At least that Diamond Lounge is quite clean in appearance. I just recently landed on Schonefeld Airport in Berlin ... oh gosh ... one of the worst airports I've ever seen LOL
