Merry Christmas my dear followers and friends. It has been a surprising year for Steemit. Many had left the platform but a lot returned when SBD and Steem prices went up. I expect STEEM to stay above 1,50 USD for a while and hope that we can reach 10$ per STEEM in 2018. Let's reach 2.5000.000 Users in 2018 !
The Sir Savingy is a fantastic little Boutique Hotel located near Savigny Platz in Berlin. I really like the Design Hotel Choices in Berlin. I had a fantastic Christmas with some friends today and will post about it shortly. I received some interesting christmas presents

I agree with you. With the amount of active users on Steemit, the price of Steem should be much higher. There are project out there that have double-digit prices purely because of hype, yet Steemit which is a fully functioning social network is valued under a $1 billion USD - it doesn't make any sense.
