If you want to enjoy the best pancakes in Berlin you have to go to Benedict. It is always packed there so make sure to reserve or bring plenty of time. On weekends waiting time after 10am is 2hours and on weekdays its a 20min wait usually
The pancakes are offered in normal size and mini sizes. If you don't want to die because of a sugar shock I recommend going for the Mini pancakes. It's 3 pancakes and please make sure to try the Banana Milk Pancakes. These are their signature pancakes. My friend had some eggs for breakfast, but I gave him one of my pancakes and he told me that it was the best pancake he ever ate in Germany.
