Tokyo Izakaya
My favorite style of food in the world is Japanese Izakaya. I went to a random Izakaya with a friend in Azabu Juban in Tokyo. Everything was close due to the New Year, but this one was open
We had some amazing dishes. My best choice was the Sea-urchin Ongiri ( A riceball with grilled Sea-Urchin) which was incredible. The poached egg with Sea-Urchin was amazing too. Of course everything was delicious and we tried out half of the menu that day

the sea urchin you had must be very fresh! I find fresh sea urchin tastes distinctively different from stale sea urchin....

You should do it once, Uni (Sea urchin) is one of the most complex delicacies in the entire world and when grilled it just gets a really rich flavor
