Potato Corner
There is a Award winning Truffle Fries Shop at th Terminal 21 Food Court. A friend took me there and bought me some Truffle Fries to try. The Fries are double fried and super crispy and than there is truffle butter and salt sprinkled on the fries
So how is the verdict? This is some addictive Fries. Super crispy and delicious. The Potato Corner offers a total of 49 different flavored Fries, but the staff told me the best Fries are the Truffled Fries

From the look of the fries on the photos, they will be super delicious. Double fried mixed with butter of cos the taste of the feeling is going to be out of this world. I won't be surprise if you get addicted to the fries

We don't get any flavoured fries here in the Netherlands, it comes with salt, or without 😁
For us the secret is in the sauce, my personal fav being "fries special"
Served with mayo, ketchup and finely chopped (raw) onions, try it sometime, it might surprise you 🤗

I think that there are 2 ways to bring fries to another level, flavouring them or.. with a superb sauce that enhances the natural flavor of potatoes!

truffle needs companions to work well, one of the is parmessan cheese... when combined its just fantastic in my opinion!

Those looks real crispy. I like mine super crispy so they break in my mouth. There's this one time I was traveling and we stopped on the way to get some fries. The lady sold us a garlic and herbs favoured potato fries, that was my first and last time eating it and the taste still lingers on my taste bud. That's undoubtedly my best fries flavor.

Its the best way to eat fries, normally i like fries but i would always eat it as a side dish... but with this flavored fries... oh my... such balance and texture!!
