Westin Tokyo
International Restaurant The Terrace at the Westin Tokyo Ebisu offers breakfast from 7 to 11 on Weekends. I had the chancce to sample the breakfast at the Lobby Floor and it was quite extensive.
There was a long line waiting to be seated at the Restaurant. If you have to wait that is a horrible long wait. Once you get your seat you can choose from American, Japanese, Asian, Vegetarian buffet choices and there is food for anybody available.
