Katsu

@yoshiko @kinakomochi @steemit-jp @moromaru invited me to join them for a Katsu at Tonkatsu Saboten. Tonkasu is a Japanese version of a Austrian Schnitzel. If you never tried this before, this is one of the best Japanese dishes out there...

We ordered a Japanese Hire-Katsu (which equals to a Filet Schnitzel) and is made of the finest Japanese Black Pork. It is fried in oil and eaten with a special Tonkatsu Sauce, which is usually homemade by the restaurants.
