CRYOPOINT

My friend Tobias is a frequent visitor of CRYOPOINT in Berlin. Cryopoint has 2 cold chambers where your body will be cooled down to -180c. Soccerplayers like Ronaldo or other athleths use the Cryochambers for faster recovery. Many use it to loose weight too, as this seems to be one of the benefits of Cryotherapy.

I was always interested in Cryotherapy but was afraid about side effects. My friend went in first so after watching him I decided to just give it a try. You need socks, underwear and gloves as inside the machine it really gets cold. 180 seconds in that chamber never felt longer to me... It was super cold but I felt really better for the next 2-3 days.
