When people ride first class or business class, people rarely have chance to line up. It is so because not a lot of people ride business, first and are a frequent flyer. However when airport is very busy, there are sometimes when people who ride business, first, and frequent flyers have to line up at their luggage check-in area, like the time where multiple airline leave at same time and when airport is on renovation. And that was my family's case at Summer 2016 at Leonardo Davinci Airport, Rome, Italy.
Although the airport was loud and we were on line, everything was maintainable and jolly, since we weren't in a hurry to go to Frankfurt and since our business class ticket have guaranteed us faster processing, shorter line, and excellent service via Lufthansa. However, that jollyness soon became frustration due to one Chinese couple who were trying to cut in front of Japanese Ambassador and our family who were waiting in line to check in our luggages.

Suprised by the fact that some one was trying to cut at the line reserved for first, business class, and frequent flyers we stopped them and asked them what were they doing. However, instead of saying sorry they said the following word in English:
" I need to be in this line! We very busy! you move! Me first! I am in hurry.. You Move! Me very High in China!"
Surprising that they were demanding us to move, we stayed and didn't move for them, for they have not stated why they are in a hurry and for they were trying to cut in front of people who are waiting in line like a gentleman. However, despite our reluctance to move, the Chinese couple continued to cut and pushed people, making Japanese Ambassador who were in front of us very furious and hitting one of his assistants.
However, because Japanese Ambassador was on a foreign soil and since his group couldn't speak Chinese nor fluent English, I stepped in and calmed the Japanese Ambassador who was angry at the cutting Chinese couple by telling him in fluent Japanese that I will take care of those rude couple by asking them what are they doing and shoo them if they don't have proper reason.
So I spoke to those Chinese couple in English asking them why are they cutting;
"Me: Why are you cutting? You do know that this is a line reserved for premier passengers and vips?"
"male in the couple: We don't care ! We have right to be here, me very high in China! Who do you think You are ha? I say move you move!"
"Lady in the couple: (calling someone and trying to hand me the phone) here! Here is our proof! You hear from them What is going on!"If u don do so u in big trouble! "
Although I was Surprised by the fact that they were getting mad at us for not moving, I still continued the talk anyways and made my brother to call Lufthansa security team quietly;
Me: " Do you have Business Ticket?"
Couple: "No!"
Me:" Do you have Frequent Flyer Card, First Class Ticket or something that justifies your cutting ? "
Couple: "No!" " You move anyways!" we very busy!
Surprised by their response, I rejected their demand and told them the following;
Me: " I don't care who you are or what you are. Everyone, in this line, have paid or built enough credit to stay here. Unlike you two who are trying to cut. Please also note that all of us here don't care if you are high in China or whatnot. Unless told by airline directly to move for you guys, we don't need to move for you guys since we all deserve to be here and we lined up like good-mannered citizens to be in the spot where we are! Move now to economy! Where you guys originally belong and where you guys should line up if you don't deserve to be here! "
As soon as I mentioned "security" they fled. But cussed at us in Chinese before doing so. Although the Japanese ambassador thanked me and people around us cheered for us, we still felt bad since we had to go through unnecessary fight that ruined our jolly trip.
Although I knew not all Chinese are like that, I still am traumatized by that experience up until now. And still is curious about their behaviors up until now! What are your bad experiences? feel free to comment below!
P.S.: We later heard that they eventually cut despite security telling them not to. We've also heard that securities couldn't stop them because they were actually late for their flight due to too much duty free shopping that they have done before they arrived to airport. Although we escaped that terrible fate, it was still sad to here that news
