Harga minimalis biasanya memang terkait dengan sajian makan pagi. Tetapi beberapa hotel bujet di Surabaya, seperti Art Hotel dan lain-lain, justru makan pahinya berlimpah, meskipun harganya minimalis (maksimum 300 ribu per malam).
