Yes so recently I have been spamming you all with my trip to Thailand and all the pictures I took I just love talking about it again and reminiscing. I love sharing my experiences with you and I hope some of it is quite informative if you ever plan on visiting Thailand.
One of my favourite places I visited in my 2 month trip to Thailand was Phuket. I never expected to like it as much as I did but it was great.
We stayed in Bangkok first and then flew down to Phuket and what a pleasant change it was. Bangkok was wonderful but I think I am more of a beach girl than I am a city person.
The first day we got to Phuket it was raining the first time we had rain in Thailand so of course I was not prepared or was I ???
We went exploring around our Accommodation as we weren't too sure how far we would walk to the Phuket town and we came across a lovely temple just a 5 minutes walk from where we were staying
We also found out in the same area that we were very close to the view point in Phuket, Khao Rang View point with Panoramic views of the town. I think we picked a very great hotel to stay in as we had many things to see in such close proximity.
There was even a family of monkey's waiting to see us.
There is many beaches in Phuket and the three main ones are Kata, Karon and Patong beach. Was very easy to get to from where we were staying. Just a bus ride away which was always fun.
We did enjoy being a tourists seeing different places but also just enjoyed sitting in a bar or restaurant enjoying a good drink or two!!
I even got a nice fish foot scrub not for the faint hearted :)

I even got HENNA in Phuket ... The aftermath of a Henna is really not pretty so I would advise not to get it on your fingers like I did :)
I really enjoyed Phuket as you can see. So many great moments had here I only wish I had got to see Elephants but I would only see them in a Sanctuary where they take care of the animals and I believe the sanctuary is in Chiang Mai so that is my next big GOAL to go back and see Elephants!!

Been there twice Lauren. Nice place. I got arrested for riding a motor bike without my hemet on. My wife didn't have one on either but apparently it's just law for the driver to have one. Hmm. :) I paid a fine, after lining up at the police station with about 50 other Australian's there for the same reason. Haha, good times.

It was more comical than anything. I wasn't in hand cuffs or anything like that. I might have argued with the cop a little bit which didn't add to his mood. Anyway, it was an experience to talk about later. With each retelling back home it got worse and worse. I may have embellished slightly.
How good is Thailand though! Looks like you had a good time. That picture of you getting the fish thing on your feet...There's a head opposite you just checking it all out. Gold!

oh my god!!! those fish are so weird!! when I was in Chiang Mai, I went up into a waterfall in the jungle and it was those fish only they were much bigger, so they'd actually take little chunks of your skin out and make you bleed. It was kind of freaky... I loved the little ones in the tank though. hahahaha your face in that picture is perfect :P they're so weird
