A Dip in the Hotspring

in travel •  7 years ago  (edited)

Its the weekend and i was thinking how to rest my weary mind, body and soul. Then i suddenly had this longing to dip my tired body into a hotspring.

I called up a friend and ask her if she would come along with me and she immediately said Yes. We agreed to commute our way to the hotspring as its going to be a one long bumpy and uphill ride if we're going to drive a motorbike going there.

So we met somewhere downtown (btw, i live in dumaguete, PH so for those who might be interested to go to the hotspring im gonna tell you how to get there) we ride a pedicab (tricycle) and asked the driver to drop us of at the jeepney terminal going to Palinpinon, after that, we ride the jeepney and asked the driver to drop us off at the junction going to Pulang-bato falls. After the jeepney dropped us there, we had the option to ride a habal-habal going up but we chose to just walk as its more fun and adventurous that way.

See this amazing view at my back? Thats exactly the reason why we chose to walk, so we can enjoy the scenery.

The current is way too strong

We arrived at the hotspring and since its privately owned, there is an entrance fee but it was just so cheap.

We finally dipped our weary body into the hotspring and it felt so relaxing and chill.
