Yesterday after work, my colleagues and I go out shopping, We want to take a look at outdoor sports shoes.but no results.this kinds of shoes sold very hot .What a pity! So we went back, As we walk along ,we chat friendly .suddenly she come up to an idea: Why don't we went to eat a meal?She said there opened a new noodle shop nearby her home ,called the "old alley".made chongqing noodle.and the taste of it is very delicious .

Sure enough ,when we entered it ,the store decotion is very chic.It gave us different feelings from others.Maybe we locals still don,t understand it ,and the store is empty now ,the business is not hot . Let us take a look at it !

Speaking of chongqing snacks, people must first think of the hot pot, hot and sour powder, Dan Dan noodle etc, but there is also a gourmet than chongqing hot pot,that is Chongqing noodle!It is popular and populist than Chongqing hot pot.It is said that chongqing people love the chongqing small noodle as hot pot,Chongqing people intimacy of it ,nothing can surpass it .Chongqing people love it rather than addiction as a dependency.

The noodle is one of the four characteristics of chongqing food ; It is a feature of chongqing traditional snacks, It includes noodle in soup and noodle in dry fried.The narrow sense refers to spicy vegetarian noodle ,The wide sense refers to spicy meat noodle,such as beef, intestine, peas, miscellaneous sauce noodle, etc.

昨天下班后，我和同事出去逛街，看看运动户外鞋之类。去了，店里，货居然卖空了，索性之余，她和我边走边聊，一走马上就要到家门口了，聊的很投机，突然她冒出一个想法：为什么我们不去吃顿饭呢？她说她家附近最近新开了一个面馆，叫老巷子，做的重庆小面不错。果然，一进店里，感觉就是不一样，店面的装修非常别致。也许是我们本地人对此还不大了解，所以店里目前还是空荡荡的。生意并不是太火爆。
说到重庆小吃，人们肯定首先想到的是火锅、酸辣粉、担担面之类，但是重庆还有一种美食比火锅还普及、亲民的就是重庆小面了。 据说重庆人对重庆小面的热爱不亚于火锅，亲密度更是有过之而无不及。重庆人喜爱小面与其说上瘾，不如说是一种依赖。
每天清早起来，街边的面摊格外红火，尽管一些堂子装修的不太好，甚至就是路边摊。但是，美女们在这个时候也从不顾及自己的淑女形象，吃着那是个香哦;还有西装革履的绅士，放下公文包，呼-呼-呼，三下五除二的就把一碗小面吃尽。面摊前，有白领，有壮汉，有小学生，形形色色，不论身世，不论地位，各色人等为的就是一碗重庆小面。外出回家的重庆人，如果不能先吃顿火锅，但一定要先"下"碗小面解馋”。
小面是重庆四大特色之一；是重庆的一种特色传统小吃，分汤面和干溜两种类型。狭义的小面是指麻辣素面，广义的小面还包括有臊子的面食，如牛肉、肥肠、豌豆杂酱面等。
主料为新鲜小麦粉面条，重庆人称之为"水面"、"水叶子"。汤料为大骨头汤冲调,品种丰富、选料考究、制作独特的佐料，形成了复合型麻辣口味汤料。配料为时令绿蔬。
