In a tropical country like the Philippines, what do you want to do and where do you want to go on summer? Surfing? Window-shopping? Movie marathons? However, try to ask some Filipinos, our bucket lists will not be complete if you did not try our very own “Summer Capital of the Philippines”.

Baguio City is the 1st declared summer capital of the Philippines because of its high altitude that cause a cold weather all throughout the year. It is a mountain province located in Northern Luzon of the Philippines. Besides from that, it has a very wonderful scenery with lots of tourist spot, perfect for a bonding moments of the whole family or for the intagrammable squad goals. A must vacation trip in the Philippines.

Last year of 2017, I and Renz (my boyfriend) decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary in Baguio. We booked our travel in the SJA Transport Tours for group of two. Aside from the fact that it was my first time in Baguio, it was extra fun because like in our other trips we gained again a new found friends (well perks of travelling with tours and travel agency, they won’t let you to travel alone).

It is amazing to see some of the katutubo (indigenous people) in Baguio, wearing their Igorot’s clothes and doing some of their katutubo’s stuff, like dancing, foods, and craft.
