Anguilla: Part 2

in travel •  7 years ago

Day 2 in Anguilla mainly consisted of going to the beach, which I had no problem with. The clear, crisp water and the humid sky only encouraged my often swims in the ocean. I was able to go the roof and take some pictures.

For lunch we walked on the beach to Ocean’s Echo, which was a mistake because the sand was burning hot. They had live music there, too.

We saw a huge moth on the wall, which looked a lot bigger than it does in the picture.

Sunset was breathtaking. Unfortunately this was the only day I was able to get a picture because the days to come were too cloudy.

Wow @lval115 I just envy you having such a great time at Anguilla.
I bet they had a lot of seafood served in there like big lobsters and such.
Best regards to your next adventure.

Yes, they had plenty of seafood which I loved!

Amazing photographs of Anguilla! Where did you stay, if you don't mind me asking? UPV & RSD @Ival115

Thank you so much! I stayed at the Turtle's Nest Beach Resort which I highly recommend. It is much cheaper and the rooms are more spacious than Four Seasons, for example. It also has an amazing ocean view, you can check out my last post where I show the hotel and the view: https://steemit.com/travel/@lval115/anguilla-part-1
