A VISIT TO THE GRAND RESORT LAGONISSI IN ATHENS, GREECE! LUXURY ON ANOTHER LEVEL!

I've traveled to many countries and visited many places, airports, hotels, restaurants.... you name it.
But it comes a time where you truly forget where you actually are. And that is because the Grand Resort Lagonissi , located around 40KM south of Athens, makes you feel like your are on a private island.

I truly believe that there is no best person to give you an overview of what the resort consists of , than the hotel's words:

Public Bus transportation; Route 122 to Elliniko metro station every 30 minutes on weekdays & 50 minutes on weekends. Bus stop at the hotel’s entrance.

It's a dream guys. Entering the resort, you valet gets your car and you are escorted to the entrance:

The resort is so big that they have those gold caddies mini cars for you to move from building to building.

I really heard the SPA is awesome and that the massage is incredible. They do offer many silver, gold and platinum memberships for people to get better rates, priority booking and health&spa memberships. Those cost around 4000EUR per year.

The resort's highlights are mostly the private bungalows , some have private pools too. Some have indoor gyms etc.. There are many bungalows to choose from. The one i got was priced at 670EUR a day and was a dream. Note that there are bungalows priced at over 3000EUR/day.

If you live in Athens, and you are used to the noise, the cars, the lights, the pollution.... The contrast is huge. You are breathing clean air, the summer breeze is gently moving your hair, the cocktails are incredible, it is so quiet that all you can hear is the water and some birds... What a harmony!

Afternoons are mostly spent with some sun therapy! Tanning yes!

And like always.... too much sun ain't enough sun!

After a cool shower and some relaxation time, it is time to get dressed to visit the Kohylia restaurant, with an amazing outside view looking at the sunset... Spectacular!

It is time to walk back to the bungalow and enjoy the beautiful sunset...

It is a totally unique experience. A level of luxury that you will only understand when you come here and stay for a few days with family or friends... The resort offers a lot of options for weddings and more. I suggest you visit their webpage or call them for more info.
You truly feel you are on a private island, with a level of luxury beyond any imagination, with so many amenities, so many things to do... Some guests even left with a helicopter around noon...
It is constantly visited by celebs and jet-set people from all around the world!
