Austin Texas during Hurricane. How it is looking?

Yeah see your's issue is directly with the majority of clientele that visits that street. Because let's be honest, it's just a bar street. There are no real notable venues on that street(besides the parish, and few others), and for the most part it's just a tourist attraction during the daytime. Barbs is technically apart of Red River, which houses most of the downtown venues in Austin. Now we are starting to see all the arts and culture ripped from Austin and condos and parking lots being put in there stead. So everything that made Austin a popular city to live in is now being replaced by tech industry, housing, bar culture, and "pro"musicians(or tech industry music hobbyists). Don't take me seriously though, it's probably because I no longer drink(hence why I'm not one for bar culture), and I'm not heavily involved in the creative community in Austin. Their are both positive and negative effects of Austins popularity and population spike.
