Do you ever try to eat fresh sea urchin? 

Sea urchin is a archaically called sea hedgehogs, are small, spiny, globular animals that, with their close kin.  The taste of the sea urchin is like a raw scallops. the texture is smooth, wet and custard - like,  the combination of the briny ocean taste and creamy texture is definitely not for everyone. 

 Ang salungo ay isang  archaically na ang tawag ay sea hdgehogs. ito ay maliliit, matatalim.  Ang lasa ng salungo ay katulad ng isang hilaw na scallops. ang texture nito ay makinis, mamasa-masa at katulad ng custard parang pinaghalong lasa ng dagat at makremang texture na hindi lahat ng tao ay magugustuhan.
