Travelog - Japan_01_01

Having browsed more and more of steemit, I'm feeling motivated to post more!
I've decided to start a Travelog series which documents the places I've been with anecdotes and photographs. My personal goal is to make these posts bite-sized - short and sweet.

My trip for Japan was for 15 days. It was an ambitious plan, to visit many cities starting from Tokyo and ending in Osaka. As our first stop, Shinjuku was truly a spectacle. This was one of the first photos I took as we got out of Shinjuku station and roamed the streets. This is the outside shot of "Kamukura: Soup with Noodles"; it is a vending machine-based restaurant where you order outside, and go inside with the slip to eat. One fond memory I created within hours of arriving in was dashing into the restaurant hungrily, only to be pointed out by the hostess to order first.
