This lovely Moroccan Town was by my far the highlight of my Trip. All the houses of the old town, known as the Medina to locals, are painted in various shades of blue. Situated in the Mountains, it reminded me a lot of my hometown.

Various good can be found on the streets of the Medina, above bags of colourful dyes are sold in grams. There also various pottery items available.

What this Town is known for:

  • Leather and weaving workshops
  • Blue streets and doors
  • Friendly locals
  • Hike to the hashish plantations
  • Also known as the weed capital of Morrocco.
  • also very clean compared to most Morrican cities and towns.
