A Town Of My Beloved Country Syria

In the countryside of the city of Tartus in the village of Mushta al-Hilo, this charming nature and beautiful scenery where you find the Cave of the ruins (Aldwayat) of the cave, which is about 6 million years old .. A large cave depth of 150 meters you can enter it and enjoy what they call stalagmites, The stalactites, as in the picture, are, for example, the stones that grow from the bottom of the earth towards the upper ones, but the castles are those stones that descend from the top of the cave to the bottom. When the rookie shoots with the downhill, they form the columns, and this takes millions of years to happen. The Grotto of the Shadows was a shepherd A sheep performing his work among the trees and then the sheep disappeared and went looking for them and was the first discovered by this shepherd since 4 centuries .. The Cave Illuminated named this name because of the opening in the middle of which the light enters the cave, despite its depth as in the picture below

              I love caverns... I have been to several in the United States. Many in Missouri that Jesse James used to hide in. Not sure of the ages though... I'm sure yours has them beat.
