Cinque Terre is five ex-fishermen villages in the north-west Italian coastline, connected with curvy roads (beautiful for motorbike or roadtrip) and with hiking paths between all 5 villages. Each village is different yet all all colorful, small, sweet and immersed in nature.
Best time to visit would be spring (May for example is ideal) or autumn, when it is off the peak season, yet still very sunny, warm and perfect for the walks. Anything between one day and 4 days will make for a perfect trip, and can easily be combined with other parts of Italy, such as Tuscany.
p.s. happy to provide tips on travelling there if anyone might need it :)
