On my recent trip to Los Angeles I had a list of speakeasies I wanted to visit. There is something about a secret entrance that makes me so happy ! I had been to No Vacancy and heard the brothers who started it had other speakeasies located throughout Los Angeles. I hit 4 on this trip but was told by one of the employees there are 15 total !! So many bars , so many drinks ! This picture is from Good Time's at Davey Wayne's. The entrance is a garage sale and a refrigerator located in the back let's you into a staircase and into the bar. The theme is 70's , all the way down to the cocktails ! Moscow Mules on tap !! The back of the bar included a patio with a RV equipped for serving drinks and hammocks hanging all about ! Such a cute bar , I will be back !!
This is pretty cool I have to say! I go to a bar called the 86 Room (speak-easy style) here in Ft. Myers, FL. It's my favorite place to go! Great bartenders too!
