Landing in Geneva

This is such a wonderful feeling. Finally getting off to places which have been long waiting. This trip was to happen in June but I did not get my Visa on time then and hence it did not happen. A week back my hubby informed me that he had to travel to Geneva once again for his office work and if I would like to come along. Of Course there will never be a No from my side on such things. Instantly I agreed to. I had my visa also so there was no looking back .

I was not fixed in my mind on this trip. I was ok even if it didn't happen, but yes, deep within I was hoping it happens. Switzerland has always been one of my most favorite places to visit. I have been there many times in past but the last visit was long time back and I wanted to visit it one more time. I was just hoping that it should happen sometime soon and then this suddenly came up. My excitement was like on the top.

So here I am in Geneva Checked into my hotel room and freshened up. It's going to be a week long stay. Interlaken is one place which I find it very beautiful, so one day I am going to make a visit there. One day I will make a trip to Lucerne, and I am also planning to visit Montreux. My Cousin has also suggested me to visit Lauterbrunnen, which is very near to Interlaken. I am not sure if I will have enough time for all the places. That's how I am going to spend my time.
I will now go out and go around Geneva city today. Lake Geneva is very beautiful. Last I visited was in 2001. That's a long long time back.

Next 5 days I am going to be in la la land.....
