This is an experience I will never forget. It was rejuvenating to receive so much love, advice and respect from strangers. You can feel the spiritual strength in the demeanour of Jamaica's people, the creativity of their art, the depth of their history, music & philosophy and the natural beauty and diversity of the country itself.
