The fourth edition of the "Mezcal Festival, cheese and wine tastes like a divine kiss" will be held in the garden of the Hotel Boutique Mansión de Tepotzotlán; During these two days, tastings, workshops and talks will be offered; you can taste different wines and mezcales as well as chocolates and beers produced in a traditional way and very interesting tourist routes
There will be 50 Mexican exhibitors who will be present with different handicrafts and you will surely find something to wear as a souvenir.
To eat you will find cheeses, choripanes prepared with artisanal bread and typical dishes of the area such as his glorious barbecue and mutton mixiotes that, I assure you, it is worth trying.
In the event there will be cocktail bars with mezcal and chelas (beers) and there will be an area for children and something else worth mentioning is that this festival is pet friendly, so if you are one of those who carry the pet everywhere you will have no problem.
You will enjoy performance shows, Dj sets, live music groups and if you are more romantic you can go to the picnic area with your cheeses and wines.
WHAT MORE TO DO IN TEPOTZOTLÁN?
- Tour Magueyero if you like pulque; there are some excellent producers
- Gastronomic tour where you will meet different dishes from the era of the viceroyalty (virreinado) and others that are based on very old recipes
- Visit the Former College of San Francisco Javier and the National Museum of the Viceroyalty (virreinado) that is literally a jewel.
