Our Beautiful Perth at Sunset

I live in Perth Western Australia and I think is it one of the most amazing cities in the world. Western Australia covers the entire western third of the Australia and actually consists of mostly what is called the arid Outback. Most of its population is concentrated in its fertile southwest corner of the State which includes Margaret River known for is it's wine region and the our beautiful riverside capital, Perth. The far north, which includes the Kimberley region is is famous for it's ancient Aboriginal rock art, Broome and the Bungle Bungle sandstone domes. Broome, is famous for Cable Beach and it's camel ride and a pearling industry.

The photo I have taken is from my front verandah on a warm summer evening and show the view facing west to Perth City and the far beach area's. In the foreground, the long slender buildings is the Perth Airport housing both domestic and International departures and arrivals. Perth is estimated to have a population of over 2.14 million people and is Australia's fourth largest city with regards to population size and is growing every day. We have beautiful white sandy beaches and boast perfect weather to enjoy them.
