Greetings, I am Pawan Regmi from Nepal. As i have writting posts about famous places to visit in Nepal. Today i am writing about Mukthinath, Muktinath is temple of godess Parvati : Wife of Lord Shiva .
Muktinath
This famous temple is located at the base of Khatang Kang(Thorang Peak) in Baraha Gaun in the district of Mustang in the north central part of Nepal, and it is about 20 km’s northeast of Jomsom at an altitude of about 3800 meters from the sea level.
Tourism In Muktinath
Trecking is very famous in Mustang. I have also described about Mustang in my earlier posts. Due to increase in number of tourist the place has became quite famous in Tourism sector.
But the place is not quite developed so many facilities are not available . But as the Muktinath is mainly famous for religious aspects the number oc visitors always increases.
