While on holiday in Mahe, Seychelles, we were walking along the beach at Beau Vallon in front of our hotel when we stopped to watch and record a para-sail take-off.

    That looks like fun, a few years ago there was a boat that came out of Capt Hirams who had this service, I don't know what happened, I have not seen it there anymore.

        I am sure they do. I catch and cook my own fish so when I do go out to eat I have a rule, I do not order fish, I want to try different things.
