The wedding is a holiday for the guests, but not for the newlyweds and their parents. They are just waiting for the end of this momentous event. The thing is that all the stages of preparation for the celebration take away from them so much strength, both moral and physical, that the wedding itself becomes a difficult test for them. I know for sure that a year ago I was in their shoes when I married my son. I'll tell you a test - something else!

At this wedding, I was a guest and I did not care if all the guests would fit, if there was enough alcohol, whether the bride would smear his snow-white dress - I rested and had fun. My duties included: congratulating the young, eating, drinking and dancing, which I successfully coped with.
