Alpine valley in the heart of Julian Alps
Trenta valley in Slovenia is located in the heart of Triglav National Park. It is one of the country most popular tourist destinations located near the border with Italy.
Emerald river called Soca
The river Soca has a distinct emerald green colour and is probably the most beautiful river in Europe. With many waterfalls and cascades it formed through thousands of years amazing canyons and pools.
Soca river hides many beautiful surprises
For all of you who may think that I did not make this picture here is a little proof.
Love colour green? Then this is the must place to see.
The green colour of the river intensifies further along the river to the deep shade of emerald.
All pictures shown were made with my iphone 5S. So you can be sure that in real Trenta valley and Soca river looks even better.

It is around 13 degrees (for instance warm sea for swimming has 22-25 degrees). But to cool down for a half of minute is amazing.
