Hey Steemers!

Today I am going to share with you about a place called the Secret Garden. It is located on the roof top and is the largest rooftop garden in South East Asia. This garden has about 500 species of beautiful and unusual plants.

Come let see what is inside this unique garden!

This is the entrance view to the garden.

Curvy Agave/Agave Desmettiana

Curvy Agave is from the dry tropics of America. This plant takes many years to grow to maturity however it only can lives up to 10 years. It looks more like an Aloe Vera plant to me except but the leaves are curvy and gigantic. It is a beautiful plant to look at.

Cacti
These are the thorny plants from the Cactaceae family in America. They look more like cactus plants to me though.

Amazon Water Lily/Victoria Amazonica
This giant water lily is from the Amazon river located in South America. The gigantic leaves with upturned margins can support the weight of a small child. 😵

Stringy Cissus/Cissus Nodosa
This plant is from Java and it belongs to the same family as the grape vines. The strings that hang down are from the stems of the roots. These roots can grow very fast and in the forest they may hang from 80 feet or more from the canopy downwards to the ground. It looks so unique.

Arabia Coffee
We love coffee. This plant is from Mediterranean climate of the Canary Island.
