Thank you for the wonderful tour around the park. The Japanese garden I loved the most, thank you for sharing about your sanctuary. We all need special places in our hearts to escape the world sometimes. Being bullied is hard I am glad the trees and nature gave you comfort in times of need.

Thanks @watersnake101

I was looking back over some of my older posts and saw that I had missed responding to your comment, sorry about that.

The Japanese garden is also my favourite place in calderstones park and I appreciate your support over the issue of bullying.

So true, and in fact I haven't been there for about 3 months, since the trip that inspired this article. I'm thinking I might take a cycle up the tomorrow and see how the winter vistas are looking 🙂

Hey no worries buddy. Yes I think it's about time to go back to your favorite place. Hope you share how it looks like at this season.

there is very beautiful!

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the trip to the park :-)

Peace, Love and Gratitude!
Glad you are sharing with us!

Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed the trip to the park :-)

Looks like a real hidden treasure, I wonder if they used that oak tree for administering punishment, like hanging people , since they held court under the branches.

I wondered the exact same thing @sultnpapper. In my imagination most definitely ;-) the whole legend is a great catalyst for inspiration for a horror story or two. Thanks for your comment, I'm glad the story of the 'Law Oak' caught your imagination :-)

The reason I thought that was because of a post a did a while back. This town had two big oak trees actually growing in the street about two blocks from the county court house.
When I inquired about them an old fellow told me that those two trees were the "justice " trees. One was for hanging and the other one was for shade so people could watch without having to stand out in the hot Texas sun in the summer time to see the hangings. So it really wasn't my imagination.
Here is a link to that story if you would like to see the pictures of those trees, Day 98

The unbeatable serenity totally put me in awe. Without any exaggerating decorations, the lush greenery is a perfect spot to relax and a place for anyone who wish to take their stresses off their shoulder. By the way, nice shots and nice layout of the article :)

Thanks @explorernations, yeah with the post design I took some time to learn some new HTML for this post. It is indeed a very peaceful place, meditative and serine.

I'm glad you enjoyed the trip to Calderstones park :-)

It looks a little bit like Bristol where I've lived; never been to Liverpool except once to buy a saxophone, in and out fast

Well if you're a lover of parklife @wales it's worth stopping for a day at least :-) I've been here all my life but still aren't completely bored 😂

It was back in the 80s and I had the wife with me. She's gone now so if I go there again I will stop a while

Wow, what a beautiful place. Thank you for sharing the photos and spreading awareness about this place so others might know about and visit it some day.

You're welcome @sigilmancy. It is a true hidden gem for the average tourist... well worth a visit when the city center gets too hectic :-)

What beautiful, beautiful pictures. So much greenery! I love it!

Thanks @veta-less, yeah It's one of my favorite parks in the city, peaceful, meditative and serine.

I'm glad you enjoyed the trip to Calderstones park :-)
