Yesterday I decided to paint the door to my trailer. It was rusting and wearing through in a few spots.
I applied some leftover engine enamel first, then had to go to the store and buy some more paint. The second coat was a rubberized undercoating which helped fill some of the holes.
The paint took a long time to dry because it was so humid yesterday. The undercoat spray was hard to control as it had a wide spray pattern.
The inside of the door was painted with a white primer. The black on the outside and white on the inside created a really cool checkerboard pattern at the hinge.
It seems pretty cool.
